In particular, medical workers receive regular medical examination and those who have infectious germs are not allowed to take part in the medical activities.

Except special cases, medical institutions not only diagnose disease within 24 hours but constantly raise the level of laboratory test and image diagnosis. The medical institutions and workers are responsible for their diagnosis.
