Preparatory committees were formed in Russia, Bangladesh, Guinea and Brazil in the period from February 1 to 6, 2023 to celebrate the 81st birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il.
Present at the inaugural meetings were members of political parties, public and friendship organizations and the Juche idea study groups.
Chairmen, vice chairmen and secretaries-general of the preparatory committees were elected at the inaugural meetings.
Those who made speeches at the meetings said that they regarded it as the biggest happiness and pride to celebrate the 81st birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il together with the DPRK people. They praised highly that the Chairman was the world political veteran who performed great exploits in safeguarding world peace and accomplishing the cause of human independence with his remarkable political insight and ability and his exploits would remain forever in the world history of the progressive people’s struggle.
The inaugural meetings set celebration periods and decided to hold in different forms and ways the colorful political and cultural events such as celebration gathering, adoption of congratulatory message, seminar on the immortal exploits, which the Chairman performed in the Korean revolution and the cause of human independence, and greatness of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, photo exhibition, film show, etc.
