    The DPRK women are ardent patriots who support the country with boundless love and devotion.

    In the days of the bloody anti-Japanese war and the fierce Fatherland Liberation War, they displayed matchless heroism and self-sacrificing spirit while devoting their all for the country and the revolution. Even when the country was in difficulty, they invariably followed the Party and covered the road of patriotism. In those days they kept it as faith that they can lead happy life as long as they have the socialist country.

    They join the army to dedicate their youth in defence of the leader and the country. They place the state affairs above the family ones and, as standard-bearers, actively disseminate the Party’s policies and lead the masses to their implementation. They volunteer to mountains, to the sea, to new fields, to the remote mountainous areas and to isolated posts if the country wants them to do. They display the revolutionary spirit of self-reliance and fortitude and carry out the national economic plan before schedule even in difficulties. They achieve scientific and technical successes startling the world. They create sports myth of Juche Korea.

    The DPRK women are true ones who promote harmony and unity of the socialist big family with their love and devotion.

    It is beautiful and noble traits of the DPRK women to respect parents, take care of children, keep house and devote for the society and collective. Their unlimited warm love and lofty trait promote harmony and unity of the society.

    The women in socialist Korea, which gives importance to women and respects them, are revered as flower of the era that creates beautiful life and possesses of beautiful virtues. They give birth to many children and raise them to be reliable pillars of the country. They take care of comrades and neighborhoods with sincerity and love. This is the reality of socialist Korea.

    With revolutionary optimism and romance they are advancing towards the bright future without pessimism even in manifold trials and difficulties, which serves as a source that makes the socialist big family filled with animation, vigor and combatant spirit.

    They keep it as faith that they can lead worthwhile life and defend dignity and rights only when they have the great Party and the socialist country. President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il liberated them from the colonial subordination and feudal fetters, gave them life and dignity of independent beings and provided them with excellent conditions for public activities and life.

    Today the Korean women’s movement is greeting the heyday of its development as it holds Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un in high esteem. The Supreme Leader leads them to become a powerful force that pushes ahead one of the two wheels of the revolution while cherishing noble views on the country, the people and the rising generation. Thanks to the noble love of the Supreme Leader who reliably guarantees the women’s dignity and social position and spares nothing for the improvement of their health and living conditions, they lead happy worthwhile and life at work places suited to their abilities and constitutions, free from worries about housing, raising children, occupation and medical treatment.

    Socialist Korea respects the women who occupy half of its population, and they fulfill their mission and duty assigned before the family and the society with noble personality and mental and moral traits. The future of the socialist Korea is bright and rosy.
