One August day in 2023 the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un made a phone call to an official to acquaint himself with production of school uniforms for the students.

He told the official that the school uniforms should be produced in quality, adding that they should be tailored well while correctly ensuring the sizes and measures on the basis of designs.

Explaining that it is possible to make tucks of trousers or skirt 5-6cm longer in case parents of students ask for bigger school uniforms than the sizes and then they may let out the tucks if their children become taller, he said that it was necessary to make a study and take relevant measure to do so.
