One day the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un told commanding officers of the Korean People’s Army about a trait to be possessed of and the goal to be attained by them.
Kim Jong Un told them that, if one feels pleased and confident when he finds himself among soldiers, he can be said to be a true commanding officer wanted by the Party.
Kim Jong Un said that it should be a trait of commanding officers of the People’s Army to make such devoted efforts for the good of the soldiers as helping them and taking good care of them and it should be a criterion, the goal of their devotion to soldiers to make every company a home dear to soldiers where there are their eldest brothers and sisters and they are provided with good food and warm beds. Kim Jong Un requested again and again that all commanding officers should take good care of the soldiers’ life with parental affection.
