It was one day in July 2009.

A sudden accident happened in a mine which hastened mineral production through the night. Three women workers who were working in a building were seriously injured when the building was hit by a huge rock. The rain pouring for several days made it roll down.

Looking at them who lost consciousness, everyone as well as their families were at a loss. It was necessary to send them to a big hospital in order to save them, but the road to the hospital was blocked by heavy rain.

Chairman Kim Jong Il, who was told about the sudden accident happened in the Ryongyang Mine, immediately issued an order to an air unit to fly a plane and took careful measures to mobilize a team of qualified medical workers in Pyongyang for the patients however heavily it rained.

As a result, a plane flew for the three women workers and they were saved.
