One day in October 1999 Chairman Kim Jong Il received the leader of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, who visited the DPRK for the fourth time.
The Chairman, saying that a party which fails to enjoy support and trust of the masses cannot attain its goal successfully, gave a precious instruction on revolutionary principles to be maintained by the parties aspiring after socialism.
Taught by the Chairman who illuminated the way ahead of the revolutionary parties, the leader expressed that Kim Jong Il was the great person of the world, best in idea, leadership and virtue and that it was happiness for her to respect and follow the peerlessly great person with devotion.
It was the effusion of heart made only by the one who was attracted by the great person.
