In the programmatic conclusion made at the 2^nd Conference of Secretaries of Primary Party Committees of the WPK, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said with earnest that there is no more precious honour for primary Party secretaries than that of becoming a servant who serves the people with sincerity, and that it is a fixed assignment given to the primary Party secretaries of the whole Party by the Party Central Committee to become genuine political officials of the motherly Party that serves the people.

It is unprecedented in the 70-odd-year history of the WPK.
