New speed is created at construction sites of the Hwasong, Sopho and Kangdong areas, Pyongyang where struggles are vigorously waged to provide the people with wellbeing.

True to the grand plan of the Workers’ Party of Korea, men and officers of the Korean People’s Army and civilian builders who took part in the construction of the second-stage 10 000 flats in the Hwasong area mainly finished the general framing of dwelling houses. They are now performing ceaseless innovations in plastering walls and erecting public and service buildings and facilities.

Commanding officers and members of the shock brigades of North Phyongan Province and North Hamgyong Province and the battalion of the Pyongyang Construction Commission positively encourage and expand successes and experiences, thus forging ahead with internal and several other projects in the construction of a new street in the Sopho area.

Amid the creation of a new speed at the construction site of the Kangdong Greenhouse Farm, hundreds of framed greenhouses are built in a row and dynamic efforts are made to frame intellectualized and intensified greenhouses of cylinder- and hemisphere-shapes, buildings for managing and providing staff and other dwellings.
