President Kim Il Sung made a great contribution to the development of the Non-aligned Movement. Although the DPRK is a small country, President Kim Il Sung spend a lot of time and money to help the member-countries to increase their economic situation. Many foreign leaders came to meet President Kim Il Sung and asked him for a solution of their problems. Even President Kim Il Sung was very busy, he had always time to talk with his visitors. No one of them went to his home-country, without a correct solution for his problem.
President Kim Il Sung sent many scientists and workers to foreign countries to help them developing their economy and agriculture. Still now, lots of young people from so-called developing countries are studying in the DPRK.
In the year 1984 Bruno Kreisky travelled immediately with a big delegation to Pyongyang to meet President Kim Il Sung.
President Kim Il Sung gave Bruno Kreisky a warm welcome.
During his stay in the DPRK, Bruno Kreisky had several times the possibility to meet President Kim Il Sung.
They talked about the international political situation, and President Kim Il Sung explained about the political and economic situation in the DPRK.
After the return of Bruno Kreisky to Austria, President Kim Il Sung took care of Bruno Kreisky as a true comrade. During his lifetime, Bruno Kreisky was very interested about the achievements of the DPRK. In his inheritance, many books about the history and political system of the DPRK and the life and achievements of President Kim Il Sung were founded.
