On the occasion of March 8, the International Women’s Day in 2003, the then secretary general of the Indian National Federation of Women expressed her deep impression as she was much moved by the DPRK women who live a happy life to their hearts’ content in the people-centred socialist system.
Noting that the women’s problem has been fully solved in the DPRK, she said that the women in the DPRK live under excellent social conditions in which they have no worry about bringing up and educating their children and receiving medical treatment for them. She expressed her impression by saying that the DPRK is women’s paradise of happiness.
