An editor-in-chief of a newspaper office of a country wrote as follows on a visitor’s book after visiting the Breast Tumour Research Institute of the Pyongyang Maternity Hospital.

“Today I visited the excellent institute and thought that it is the real guarantee of the women’s happiness that cannot be found in other countries. It is a startling event that can be witnessed only in the DPRK where the people are believed in as in heaven that the state provided such hospital equipped with such fine and expensive facilities. I came to know the reality which I have never seen nor heard.”
