The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un made an programmatic concluding speech at the 7th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea held in February 2023.
In the concluding speech, Kim Jong Un advanced the detailed tasks to substantially promote the research tasks needed in developing the DPRK’s agriculture into an advanced and modern one, adding that the field of agricultural scientific research should fulfill its due responsibility in solving the most urgent agricultural question, food problem.
Kim Jong Un stressed that doing farming well in 2023 was important but it was more important state affair which brooks no delay to dynamically push ahead with the work to put the foundation for development of the agricultural science and technology of the country on a high level in the future.
