On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of victory in the Fatherland Liberation War and the 75th founding anniversary of the DPRK, preparatory committees for celebrating July 27 and September 9 were formed in Finland and Norway on June 21, 2023.
Present there were over 30 people including the figures of political and public circles and members of organizations of friendship with the DPRK and Juche idea study groups in relevant countries.
The inaugural meetings elected chairmen of the preparatory committees and discussed the plans of celebrations to be held in the period of marking July 27 and September 9.
