    A new touching story of love for the people was born in flood-hit Taechong-ri of Unpha County, North Hwanghae Province, the DPRK.

    Laughter of the flood victims and singing voices of the children resound in the building of the county party committee that used to be in quiet atmosphere. They all looked comfortable as if the place were their dear houses, lived for long time or their parents’ houses they have been longing to visit.

    Amazing scenes can be seen in Unpha County where the flood victims who lost their houses and properties owing to flood, are living at the building of the county party committee without worries, whereas the county officials are doing their work at tents set outside under the scorching sun and hot wind.

    There are many countries in the world and yet there exists a ruling party in every state. However, nowhere can one find such fact in history of any ruling party.
