For more than 30 years from the day when the Tower of the Juche Idea was built up to now, precious stones have been sent to the Tower of the Juche Idea by heads of different states of the world, personages from all walks of life including political and social circles, international organizations and the Juche idea study groups.
At present, the hall in the foundation of the Tower is decorated with over 300 precious stones sent with sincerity by more than 100 countries of the world.
All precious stones sent by the Juche idea followers in different countries of the world are associated with moving stories.
Saying that crack in a stone means crack in their minds, the Juche idea followers in Peru carried with care a rare granite buried in the Andes and presented it to the Tower. A Juche idea follower in Pakistan trimmed with utmost care over 30 jade blocks which had been used only for making such first-class ornaments as rings and earrings and sent them to the Tower. Those in Portugal sent a rough marble that had been used exclusively in building royal palaces for its weight and sedate colour. A journalist in Indonesia carved with devotion Kimilsungia on a marble of best quality to send it to the Tower. The Tower of the Juche Idea is associated with sincerity and devotion of the world progressives who follow the Juche idea and aspire after independence.
