A friendly gathering was made on April 12, 2022 under the sponsorship of Mongolia-DPRK Friendship Association on the occasion of the 110^th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung.

The gathering was participated by over 30 personages of different social standings including the chairman of the association.

The speakers said that the President’s birthday becomes a common holiday of the Mongolian people and the world people as President Kim Il Sung performed immortal exploits in achieving freedom and independence, prosperity and development of Korea and realizing the cause of world peace. They also said that meaningfully commemorating the Day of the Sun, the biggest national holiday of the Korean people, was of a big significance in adding brilliance to the President’s exploits performed for the development of traditional friendly relations between Mongolia and the DPRK and in consolidating the fraternal friendship between the people of the two countries through generations.

The participants appreciated celebration performance staged by the vocalists well-known in Mongolia.
