On December 14 and 16, 2022, lectures were given by chiefs of the Brazilian Centre for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Ethiopian Committee for the Study of the Independent Politics on the occasion of the 11^th anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il’s demise.

Over 50 figures from every walk of life attended a lecture titled “Chairman Kim Jong Il’s Love for People” given by the chief of the Brazilian Centre for the Study of the Juche Idea.

In his lecture, the chief stressed that trust in, love for and devotion to his people were the Chairman’s natural disposition and political creed, adding that he is a genuine people’s leader who devoted his all for the good of them. Saying that the Chairman noted that the people’s will and demand, when integrated into a system, would be ideas, lines and policies of the Workers’ Party of Korea, the chief continued that every nook and corner of the DPRK is associated with the Chairman’s devoted love and efforts for the people.

The chief of the Ethiopian Committee for the Study of the Independent Politics gave a lecture after a memorial event for members of the committee and the Group for the Study of Self-reliance under the Capital Youth Association. He told about impression he had during the visit to the DPRK such as single-hearted unity of the DPRK people firmly united behind President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, patriotism of the DPRK people and role played by the DPRK young people in the socialist construction. Participants in the lecture expressed their will to further deepen their study of the Juche idea and visit the DPRK as soon as possible.
