Preparatory committee was formed and friendship meeting held in Nepal on January 13, 2023 to celebrate the birth anniversaries of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il, the Day of the Sun and the Day of the Shining Star.
Hung on the front wall of their venues were portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.
Exhibited at the venues were photos of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un posing with delegates to the 9th Congress of the Korean Children’s Union, photos of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un attending the ceremony of the donation of 600 mm super-large multiple launch rocket systems, a gift of loyalty of the workers of munitions industry, photos of the 6th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, monumental edifices created by the DPRK people under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un and the test-fire of new-type ICBM Hwasongpho-17.
Seniors from political parties, friendship organizations and Juche idea study organizations and 20 members of the study organizations were present there.
Stressing that the report made by Kim Jong Un at the 6th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea is a valuable document to be deeply studied, speakers noted that the DPRK would achieve great development, prosperity and progress in 2023, too, thanks to the wise leadership of General Secretary Kim Jong Un,
They mentioned the successes, experiences and lessons gained in propagating the greatness and immortal exploits of President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un. They proposed to conduct brisk activities for the study and dissemination of the great Juche idea and Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism in 2023, too, organize colorful events on such important celebrations as the 70th anniversary of the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War, the 75th founding anniversary of the DPRK and the 49th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the DPRK and Nepal.
They formed a preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversaries of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il, elected its chairman and members and decided to organize colorful political and cultural events on the occasion of their birthdays, the significant Day of the Sun and the Day of the Shining Star.
