On July 14, 2021, the Ugandan National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea carried on a public network the article “In the DPRK, special trains run to ensure the school attendance of the children in mountain villages in the northern end” with two photos of a school train and the school children on their way to school on the train, under the title of “Points to be modelled after from the DPRK”.
