An on-line memorial meeting was held under the sponsorship of the Preparatory Committee for Remembering President Kim Il Sung on July 7, 2021, on the occasion of the 27th anniversary of the President’s demise.
Present there were the chairmen and members of the Venezuelan National Society for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Group for the Study of Philosophy of the Juche Idea, members of the friendship and solidarity committees, personages in different provinces including Caracas, and the chairman of the Peruvian Society for the Study of Revolutionary Activities of Kim Jong Suk.
The speakers highly praised that the President was the outstanding leader who founded the Juche idea and opened up a new era of independence, and the guardian of the anti-imperialist, socialist cause, who reliably guaranteed the victorious advance of socialism.
Stressing that the socialist Korea wins victory after victory against the imperialists’ sanctions and stifling thanks to the leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, they expressed their conviction that the cause pioneered by the President would be accomplished with success.
