A seminar on “Exploits of Chairman Kim Jong Il Who Defended DPRK's Socialism” and a photo show were held in Nepal on February 7, 2021, on the occasion of the auspicious Day of the Shining Star under the co-sponsorship of the Socialist Journalist Forum of Nepal for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Nepalese National Preparatory Committee for Commemorating the Day of the Sun and the Day of the Shining Star.
Displayed at the venue of the seminar were photos dealing with the revolutionary activities of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il, a photo of the respected General Secretary delivering speech at the 8th Congress of the WPK and the photos showing the 8th Congress and military parade held in celebration of the 8th Congress.
The seminar was attended by more than 30 personages including leading personnel of the political parties, friendship and study organizations and the press.
Noting that Chairman Kim Jong Il held aloft the banner of Songun in order to defend and advance to victory the socialist system established by President Kim Il Sung, thus developing the DPRK into a powerful country no one dare provoke, the speakers explained the immortal exploits performed by the Chairman for the development and progress of the world socialist movement and the cause of the progressive mankind for independence and global peace
They stressed that General Secretary Kim Jong Un has raised the DPRK’s position up to the nuclear- and intercontinental ballistic missile-have state true to cause of the President and the Chairman and is now making tireless efforts for the development and prosperity of the Korean-style socialism and the people’s happiness.
The seminar adopted a congratulatory message to the General Secretary Kim Jong Un amidst rapturous applause of the participants.
