Lectures were given in Belarus under the title “Juche-oriented Educational Idea and System of the DPRK” on May 31, 2024 and in Brazil under the title “Looking round Mangyongdae Schoolchildren’s Palace” on June 5, 2024.

Present there were the people from all strata including figures from the academic circles, members of the Juche idea study groups and the associations of friendship with the DPRK in relevant countries.

Speakers at the lectures gave their impressions of what they had in the international seminar of the Juche idea on “Independence and Justice, Future of Mankind” held in April 2024 in Pyongyang.

Saying that the public education of the DPRK is based on the Juche idea, they emphasized that the DPRK’s educational system makes the learners possess qualities needed to change the surrounding world into a society in which collectivism, social justice and progress are realized.

They referred to the fact that, in socialist Korea, children are treasured as kings thanks to the state policy and the state takes full care of them. They also said that the children and students cultivate their talents in the Mangyongdae Schoolchildren’s Palace and prepare themselves to be reliable scientists, technicians, artistes and athletes capable of bringing honour to their country.
