It is because only the popular masses require the rights to live in an independent and creative way free from all fetters of nature and society, that is, the independent rights. It is also because they have the strength to satisfy such requirement.
All the rights the popular masses gained in different times in history are the ones raised by the popular masses’ desire and requirement and acquired by the popular masses’ bloody struggle.
The rights not raised by the popular masses’ requirement and acquired by the popular masses’ struggle, are not the genuine ones.
