There are numerous people in the world who suffer from the grave natural disasters.
However, the flood victims in the DPRK are different from them.
In the days when their new dwelling houses were under construction, the flood victims came to Pyongyang and spent delightful days visiting different parts of the capital as “special guests” thanks to the special measure taken by the Workers’ Party of Korea.
They danced with joy seeing performances given by artistes and burst out laughter seeing their children swimming in Munsu Water Park and Rungna Water Park and Ryongsupho Bathing Resort.
The students from the flood-hit areas dreamed about their future visiting Mangyongdae Schoolchildren’s Palace, Sci-tech Complex, Natural History Museum, Central Zoo and the like in Pyongyang, and wore a happy smile receiving new school uniforms, shoes and school things on the occasion of a new term.
Such laughter can be heard only in the DPRK where the people-first principle is applied.
