Thanks to the WPK’s love and selfless and devoted efforts for the people, many new dwelling houses are built every year in Pyongyang and local areas of the DPRK, and its people happily move into new houses every day.
Ordinary working people moved into 10 000 flats in the magnificent Songhwa Street and started living an envious life in 2022. Just one year later, in 2023, many families moved into ten thousands and thousands of new flats in the Hwasong Street which is peculiar in the street planning and excellent in ecological environment.
Uncommon dwelling houses have been built continuously not only in the capital but in rural areas, and many people who become their owners shed tears of happiness.
New modern houses are built at the state expense and provided to the people free of charge. This is the DPRK’s reality which is envied by the world people.
