A modern apartment block appeared in the Taephyong area of Pyongyang, the capital city of the DPRK, amid a grand construction drive going on to attain the housing construction goal set by the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK).

The DPRK has huge tasks to carry out, but the construction of dwelling houses in the area was vigorously pushed forward as an important project of the Party and the state thanks to the WPK’s noble intention to make everything thoroughly serve the people’s wellbeing, thus recording a proud page in the history of building up of the capital city.

The new peculiar architectural group in the Taephyong area, where multi-storied and high-rise apartment houses are harmoniously arranged in various forms, has schools, clinics and various service facilities so that the convenience of inhabitants can be met to the maximum. This is a precious fruition of the ardent love of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who has worked heart and soul to make all the people enjoy a stable and happy life.
