The officials in the Ministry of Machine-building Industry are intensifying operations and guidance to find rational ways of accelerating production of agricultural machinery, farming accessories and materials and put them into effect. In particular, they channel efforts into improving the quality of bearing steel that is a main link in sending agricultural machinery and farming accessories to socialist rural areas.

Officials and workers in the Huichon Precision Machine Factory, the Anju Insulator Factory and the Pyongyang General Electric Cable Factory 326 concentrate their efforts on the production of different kinds of tractor spare parts, bring about good results in producing insulator while actively exploring and enlisting reserves by relying on science and technology and strive to complete the production of electric wires to be sent to the sector of agriculture ahead of schedule.
