You can find a work team that is praised as a team of innovation by all employees of Tree Nursery of North Hwanghae Province. It is formed only with women.

All members of the work team had been housewives, but they volunteered to work at a difficult and labor-intensive nursery as they wanted to do their bits for the country however small it may be.

Valuing every sapling as their own flesh, they do their best to keep technical rules in every process while weeding more than 10 times every year in cold wind and the scorching sun to raise strong and healthy ones.

During the days when they have made every effort with awareness of being masters of an arsenal for forest restoration, they have displayed beautiful traits of helping and leading one another forward.

When one of them has difficulty in living, they give assistance to her. When they know that one of them fails to finish her work, they immediately go to her field though they had already done their task. They take devotional care of saplings either by going to work early in the morning or going home late. They have made so much sincere efforts that it is difficult to tell all of them.
