Ryongaksan Soap Factory was newly put into commission on November 10, 2016 thanks to the love and benevolence of the Workers’ Party of Korea that considers it as its duty and the most important state affair to take responsible care of the people’s material and cultural life.
Built at the foot of Mt. Ryongak famous for scenic beauty and clear water, Ryongaksan Soap Factory is a modern factory that was erected by big concern of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un who is determined to provide the people with sufficient and civilized life as early as possible.
On June 3, 2016 when he visited the factory under construction, he named it Ryongaksan Soap Factory.
Ryongaksan Soap Factory is a symbol and a standard of the DPRK’s cosmetics factory where production processes have been put on an automated and unmanned basis and an integral control system established. The factory produces varieties of liquid soap and detergent highest level in quality and hygienic safety.
