Kumsong Youth Publishing House published the long real story “Train of Life” on the occasion of the centenary of the birth of President Kim Il Sung.
The hero of the story is Vishwanath, who is the secretary general of the International Kim Il Sung Prize Council and the director general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea (IIJI).
“Train of Life” becomes a sensational novel with individual characteristics, close public relations, exploring a new form, peculiar literary style, philosophical and truthful character and combination of prose and verse.
The story gives an answer to the philosophical question of which orbit should man drive his train of life in order to lead a valuable life. The story proves through historical scenes of life that the only man who follows the orbit of Juche among many courses of his life can add luster to his dignified life. It is significance of this story.
The main content of the story is as follows.
Vishwanath who was born in the rich family groped for the road of shaping destiny by himself in his early years.
From the boyhood of his teens he began to work at the newspaper company “Tribune” in Lahore as an assistant pressman.
Soon after the division of the country he refused to accept his deceased father’s advice to manage the land of his family and went to Delhi to grope for a new path. At that time he had no money to afford housing. But he is now leading a 3 billion rupee worth of advertising empire in many parts of the world as well as in India. It describes his activities eloquently.
His company “interads” was the first advertising company which was awarded the famous “Clear International Prize” in 1987. The prize is equal to the “Oscar Prize” in the advertising sector. “interads” is the only company which was listed on the “Rimkka World Records”.
Vishwanath is the founder of the council of India national advertising companies and father of the Delhi advertising club. His painstaking efforts led him to success.
In December, 1974 when he visited Japan, he visited Chongryon (General Association of Korean Residents in Japan), the overseas compatriots’ organization of the DPRK and was moved so much. He had already known that Chongryon was an excellent organization through reading books. When he met Chairman Han Tok Su, Chongryon officials and other overseas compatriots of the DPRK, he was glad that his thought was right. So he proposed Chongryon earnestly to visit the DPRK. As a result his first visit to the DPRK could be realized.
It was a new start for him to change life.
Later he went Tokyo again to visit the unforgettable Chongryon and attended the 11th General Congress of Chongryon in September, 1977.

Leader Kim Jong Il met him and took warm care of him, too. Vishwanath was awarded the DPRK doctorate of social politics.
Real story “Train of Life” vividly describes the whole life of the hero according to the logic of his characteristic development and introduces activities made by the Juche idea followers in 5 continents for the independent development of their countries and peace of the world.
Real story “Train of Life” was written by In Hun (55-year-old writer) who is engaged in academic exchange on the Juche idea at the Korean Association of Social Scientists (KASS). “Train of Life” is his second long real story.
All activities and lives of the Juche idea followers he has known were subject and theme of his story.
Today’s readers like to read books written in real form. More is in the case that the heroes are historic or famous. It can be a high ideological and aesthetical demand of the people in the present times who want to be more sensitive to history and reality.
That is why his first long real story “I Am Alive” drew attention of readers and was translated and published in a foreign country.
Real story “I Am Alive” (published in Kumsong Youth Publishing House in 2009) depicted that the hero (Inoue Shuhachi, former director-general of IIJI) who had been destined to be an orphan accepted the Juche idea and shaped his destiny as its master. The long real story “Train of Life” was selected for the national festival of culture held celebrating the centenary of the birth of President Kim Il Sung.
What is remarkable is that In Hun’s real stories are filled with philosophical but poetic emotions. It will be a fruition born by his earnest spirit of inquiring reality, life and creation experiences accumulated for many years.
In Hun who had a career of being a poet of the central committee of the Korea Writers’ Union in his young days said.
“I wanted to live as a poem and as a novel. I only wanted to write a novel about a man who lives as a poem, as a novel.”
