It was on November 20, 2020.
The streets of Pyongyang, the capital of the DPRK were filled with the people who put on colorful holiday dresses and took bouquets in their hands.
Up to now, the people who proudly enjoyed welcome of the Pyongyang citizens were athletes who had won in the international tournaments or labour innovators who had attended the national meetings as they had made big efforts for the good of the country and people. All of them were creators of heroic feats conducive to the prosperity of the country.
Then, who are enjoying welcome on the day?
They were the combatants of the Divisions of the Party members from the capital city, who, in response to the call of the WPK Central Committee, left for damaged areas in South and North Hamgyong provinces to bring to normal the living of the flood victims that were left without shelters because of severe typhoon damages. In just 70-odd days they have turned misfortune into blessing by building new houses and villages and returned home, thus creating the national trait of socialism that nothing is impossible if the whole country unites as one and braves hardships.
Pyongyang citizens hurried their steps with bouquets in their hands to greet them. The citizens welcomed them enthusiastically holding higher their bouquets because the vanguard fighters and heroes who showed with their actions which place and what things the Party members must take and do when the country is in pain, were none other than their ordinary husbands, fathers, neighbours and colleagues.
