Good Example Set in Solving Women’s Problem



Several countries of the world released articles that the DPRK solved successfully the women’s problem.
A newspaper in Bangladesh once carried an article said… Women in the DPRK enjoy a worthwhile life with the rights equal to men as proud masters of the country and society. The Law on Sex Equality was proclaimed on July 30, 1946 thanks to President Kim Il Sung. The Korean women have become a powerful force turning one of the wheels of the revolution by taking an active part in the political, economic and cultural life of the country.
The internet homepage of Nigerian National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea said… Many women lead a dignified life as patriots, heroines and vanguards of the era thanks to the policy of the Workers’ Party of Korea and the DPRK government. Not few women become senior officials of organs, enterprises and cooperative farms and even deputies to the Supreme People's Assembly and work hard for the state and the society. Their dignity and pride has reached the high phase thanks to Leader Kim Jong Un, the great successor to President Kim Il Sung and His Excellency Kim Jong Il.
The book published in Belarus “Women of Democratic Korea” attracted attentions of personages of political and public circles and others of various strata in the country.
Writer of the book said. I wrote this book to introduce the DPRK’s policy on women’s problem. The whole historic process of the Korean revolution shows that women have been a powerful force in the revolution and construction under the concerns of the Party and the state.
Looking round the Breast Tumour Institute of the Pyongyang Maternity Hospital, a member of a cardio-institute, US wrote in the visitor’s book… It is a very good hospital. I am a man. So I cannot receive benefits. But here I can see the future of the DPRK through the women who receive good treatment.
