A modern Kangdong Combined Greenhouse Farm was inaugurated on March 15, 2024 thanks to the noble intention of the Workers’ Party of Korea who never rests content with doing things for the people. The farm produced more than 12 600 tons of delicious and nutritious fresh vegetable of different kinds for one year and supplied them to Pyongyang citizens.
During the period of only one month in October 2024, the farm produced thousands tons of various kinds of quality vegetables and sent them to the Pyongyangites. Vehicles transporting vegetables arrived in several commercial service centres of Pyongyang City on the occasion of the New Year 2025.
Vehicles carrying different kinds of fruit, green and functional vegetables run toward the vegetable sales shops and greengroceries built in every district of the capital, thus opening another spectacular scenery of Pyongyang.
