Patriotic-minded young people are ready to display honor of vanguards and shock-brigades in the struggle to carry out the decisions adopted at the 5^th Plenary Meeting of the 8^th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, and their zeal for volunteering gets stronger day by day.

Only for one month after the plenary meeting, tens of young people in Pyongyang City volunteered to work at difficult and labor-consuming sectors and more than 100 young people in Sinwon County, South Hwanghae Province volunteered to rural construction sites with the mind to fulfill their mission and duty of young vanguards in the struggle for drastic development of socialist countryside.

True to the call of the era and the country, over 100 in South Phyongan Province and tens of young people in South Hamgyong Province volunteered to work at coal mines and countryside. Those in Nampho City, Jagang Province and every other part of the country volunteered to work at socialist construction fronts.

Proud excellent virtues and noble traits of these young people, who set it as the aim of their life to go to where the Party needs them and realize their ideals and wishes, are the manifestation of the noble mind that can be cherished only by the young people in socialist Korea who are brought up by the WPK.
