Providing living conditions to children without caretakers arises as a serious social issue on the world scale at present.
The DPRK takes a full responsible care of life of the children without caretakers.
It can be found in that the state is responsible for life of the children without caretakers and legalizes it.
The Socialist Constitution and its applications--the Labour Act, the Law on the Nursing and Upbringing of Children and the Law on General Education--regulate that the state nurses and brings up the children without caretakers and provides them with conditions for their education and life on the basis of confirming that the state regards it as a fundamental principle of its activities to improve constantly material and civilized life of the people.
It can be found also in that the state fully provides the children without caretakers with such their living conditions as nursing, upbringing, education, edification and medical services for them.
Children without caretakers are provided fully with varieties of daily necessities and supply services at baby homes, orphanages, primary and middle schools for orphans according to the well-planned, unified and regular supply system of the state.
In addition, they receive full education and edification, as same as the one which those with parents have under the universal 12-year compulsory education system.
They are provided with various medicines and tonics by the state and brought up free from all cares at baby homes, orphanages, primary and secondary schools for orphans which are fully equipped with medical appliances and wards capable of taking care of their health and making various medical services.
The system of providing children without caretakers with living conditions established in the DPRK displays fully its superiority and vitality under the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un’s love getting warmer and deeper as time goes by.
