His face was filled with pleasure all the time.
He told the officials that he had thought it wonderful last time when he had come to the orphans’ home and orphanage under construction, but the completed ones he was visiting were splendid, indeed.

He said that he missed leader Kim Jong Il at the sight of Pyongyang Baby Home and Orphanage built into a palace for the children.
