One October day in 2020 the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un gave a field guidance to a site of reconstructing the areas in North Hamgyong Province which had suffered from a natural disaster.

Looking round new dwelling houses built by the division of the capital city WPK members, Kim Jong Un said with excitement that their enthusiasm for the revolution and struggle would encourage the builders throughout the country to perform fresh feats and innovation and enable them to accelerate the reconstruction. He said that they had done a really significant job.
