Kim Jong Un noted that the WPK’s goal in urbanizing rural communities is not merely to model the countryside on urban architectural beauty but to transform as early as possible the regional forces on a working-class pattern and make them progressive and well-versed in science and technology on a level not inferior to those in the urban areas.
