Saying that the chief secretaries of the city and county Party committees should actively apply excellent experiences introduced in this short course to persistently shape their ways and to vigorously lead the development of cities and counties, Kim Jong Un underlined that they should always give importance to public sentiment and their work done should be assessed by the people.
Kim Jong Un ardently appealed to them at the short course to become true loyal servants, being practically recognized by the people, so that they could serve the great people.
