At the 4th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un saw that benevolent measures were taken to invest huge amount of funds in the sector of light industry by saying that there is nothing to spare and hesitate for the sake of the children and that it is necessary to produce uniforms with such sincerity as cherished by President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il who regarded it for the first time in history as a policy of the Party and the state to provide school uniforms to the children with responsibility.
