In January 2013 the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un delivered a historic concluding speech at the 4th Conference of Cell Secretaries of the Workers’ Party of Korea.
Kim Jong Un noted that cell secretaries should enhance their sense of responsibility and role in order for Party cells to discharge the heavy mission and duty they assume on behalf of the times and the revolution.
Kim Jong Un stressed that the Party cell secretaries are point men of the Party in building it up and implementing its lines and policies.
This reflects noble intention and big expectations of Kim Jong Un who wants cell secretaries of the whole Party to become standard bearers of the revolution and struggle and play a vanguard role in further accelerating advance speed of the revolution.
