Leader Kim Jong Il gave officials precious teachings to strengthen the single-minded unity of the Party and the revolutionary ranks.

He said that strengthening the single-minded unity of the Party and the revolutionary ranks is the basic guarantee for consolidating the revolutionary position of socialism by building up the motive force of the revolution and the decisive factor deciding the victory in the revolutionary cause of Juche and the destiny of socialism.

Looking back with deep emotion on the proud course of victory covered by the Party, he said that the Party firmly defended Korean-style socialism by dint of the single-minded unity.

Saying that it is possible to overcome severe trials and difficulties and defeat any formidable enemy if the single-minded unity of the Party and the revolutionary ranks is achieved, he noted that the single-minded unity of the Party and the revolutionary ranks is the most powerful weapon that has been achieved only by the Workers’ Party of Korea, a Juche-type revolutionary party.

That day he earnestly said that in the future, too, they should stand up against the enemy with the single-minded unity and defend and accomplish Korean-style socialism with the single-minded unity and that strengthening the single-minded unity of the Party and the revolutionary ranks is the main task the WPK should always hold fast to.
