One day in the midst of the Fatherland Liberation War President Kim Il Sung told an official to move schools, which were near railways and roads, to safe places because they were not well furnished with educational facilities and therefore students could not study properly though the schools were open. He saw that every problem arising in the sector of education was solved so that the students continued studying even under the enemy’s bombardment.

Thanks to the detailed leadership and warm love of the President, different types of classrooms were built in safe places free from bombardment and teaching tools and school things were supplied to the schools. This was unprecedented in the history of war. Learning continued at those schools.
