People are masters of their own destiny and performers of the cause of independence. They can be a true motive force of revolution only when they are under the correct leadership of a revolutionary party.
The WPK set it as the most important task to unite the people firmly around it and the leader by awakening them ideologically and rallying them organizationally and paid primary attention to the task.
It armed the people with the Juche idea and rallied them around it in ideology, purpose and organization to integrate them into a single socio-political organism. It also encouraged them to give full play to their high revolutionary zeal and inexhaustible creativity and made them fulfill their responsibility and role as the motive force of the revolution.
In the DPRK all people and the service personnel of the Korean People’s Army have the Juche idea as their unshakable faith. They are united around the Party with one mind and purpose and make devoted efforts to implement its lines and policies. If the Party plans and determines to do something for prosperity of the country and happiness of the people, it becomes immediately their revolutionary will and practice.
In particular, young people of a new generation have grown up into reliable reserves of the WPK and successors to the revolution, and they are now performing the role of a shock brigade with credit in carrying out the revolutionary cause of Juche. The WPK has trained the young people as heroes of the era, the advancing group and wing of the Party, which is recorded in its proud history.
It is a big pride and dignity of the WPK that it has such people, service personnel and young people who absolutely trust in and follow the Party and the leader with boundless loyalty to the Party’s cause, even in adversities.
