It was one January day in 2012.
Looking round a machine-building factory, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un told a senior official that a military unit, the most capable and experienced among others in the Korean People’s Army, should complete with responsibility and on a high qualitative level the construction of the Kangsong Service Complex which was being built by the factory workers.
Soldier builders worked a miracle of completing the complex in modern style within 70-odd days with loyalty to Kim Jong Un who showed trust and expectation on them and with faith and will to complete it.
When he visited the factory again on May Day of the year, the international holiday of the working people throughout the world, Kim Jong Un expressed big satisfaction over the fact that workers in the factory could fully enjoy a life of leisure in such a wonderful place. Saying that the Party set 2012 as the year of doing good jobs for the people, Kim Jong Un highly appreciated that the military unit had done a good job for the factory workers as intended by the Party. Kim Jong Un stressed that the People’s Army should take the lead in the efforts to improve the people’s livelihood.
That day Kim Jong Un told officials of the factory and commanding officers of the unit that it is the great army-people unity that the army put the people first in their consideration and the people love the army.
