President Kim Il Sung convened a meeting of military and political cadres of the Korean People’s Revolutionary Army in Nanpaizi, Mengjiang County, China from November 25 to December 6, 1938.
At the meeting, Kim Il Sung advanced strategic and tactical policies of adhering to independent position, evaluating the situation correctly and immediately moving the KPRA forces to the border area around Mt Paektu in order to manage the prevailing difficult situation and set the Korean revolution on a path of continuous expansion.
The strategic and tactical policies clarified by Kim Il Sung at the meeting were a brilliant application of the Juche idea. They were the Juche-oriented and revolutionary ones to hold firmly the banner of the Korean revolution and solve all problems arising in the revolutionary struggle independently by relying on the Korean people’s strength, even in any difficult and complicated situations.
