Praising that the commanding officers of the unit have put forth a great deal of efforts to perfect their combat preparedness, Kim Jong Il instructed that all efforts should be concentrated on intensifying training in the People’s Army and, as he had already mentioned, in wartime a soldier who is exemplary in battle is a hero but in peacetime a soldier who is good at training is a hero.
