Chairman Kim Jong Il visited a fish farm in June 2009. Looking round the fish farm that day, Kim Jong Il said that his aim was to make his people best-off in the world and that his people deserved to enjoy such world high-class dishes as a sturgeon one. Kim Jong Il said with earnest that he looked back on the past, full of trials and vicissitudes, as the people braved through hardships and stood on the watershed of a powerful country, adding that he feels it proud to make revolution and he firmly resolves to do more good things for the people.
