The Socialist Constitution of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea has been developed into Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Il Constitution as the DPRK has the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
The Fifth Session of the Twelfth Supreme People’s Assembly of the DPRK, held in April 2012 according to the ennobling moral fidelity of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, adopted with unanimous approbation of deputies On Approval to Amendment and Supplement of the Socialist Constitution of the DPRK, the law of the DPRK Supreme People’s Assembly that is to add luster to Chairman Kim Jong Il’s idea and cause of the state building and his great personality in reflection of the unanimous aspiration and desire of the people of the country.
With the proclamation of Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Il Constitution, the DPRK had turned into the state of the great Comrades Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.
